Kork

VERSION 2026-10-08

Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Kork, the link page service at https://kork.subcult.tv. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who runs Kork

Kork is run by SUBCULT (subcult.tv). "We" and "us" mean SUBCULT. Questions go to [email protected].

Your account

What you can't do

Don't use Kork to:

Moderation

Anyone can report a page. We may review any page, and we may unpublish pages, remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Suspended accounts can't sign in.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put on Kork: text, links, images and settings. You give us permission to store, copy, display and serve that content, including on your public page, in QR codes and in previews, only as needed to run Kork. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups until they expire.

Only upload content you have the right to share.

Links, payments and embeds

Payment buttons on your page link straight to services such as Cash App, PayPal or Venmo, or show an address to copy. Kork takes no cut and isn't part of any transaction between you and your visitors. We don't control the sites and players that pages link to or embed.

Pro subscriptions and supporter access

When paid plans are available, Stripe processes payments for Kork Pro. Checkout shows the price and billing interval before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage your subscription or cancel future renewals from Settings. Canceling keeps Pro available through the paid period; deleting your account cancels its subscription before the account is removed.

A qualifying SUBCULT Patreon membership can also unlock Pro when you connect it in Settings. We check eligibility daily. If eligibility ends, access continues for a seven-day grace period. One Patreon account can be connected to one Kork account at a time.

These subscriptions pay for Kork itself. They do not affect payments visitors make through the links on your page. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law still apply.

No warranty

Kork is provided as is. We don't guarantee that it will be available, fast or free of errors, and we may change or remove features. Keep your own copy of anything important; you can download your data from Settings at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost income, arising from your use of Kork.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new version date. If you keep using Kork after a change, the new terms apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live.
